Did you know that the restaurant Dans le Noir ? de Paris is one of the founding partners of the Ferme de l'Envol ?The farm's values: meeting consumer needs while respecting the environment, using old-fashioned farming techniques,and valuing farmers . It's on this permaculture-inspired agro-ecological farm that we source our organic fruit and vegetables (with a low carbon footprint to boot!).
That's why we're delighted to invite you to the Fête Champêtre on Saturday June 25, organized by the Ferme de L'Envol, where part of the Dans le Noir ? Paris team will be on hand with the farm's co-founders to chat with you. An opportunity to spend some green time with your family (just 40 km from Paris) and discover more about sustainable agriculture and food.
