Our chef, Yann Deslandes, invites you to (re)discover the Dans le Noir ? experience with a brand new seasonal menu, featuring fresh, locally sourced and 80% organic ingredients!

Let us take you on a surprising and unique gustatory adventure in the heart of Paris, between Beaubourg and Les Halles. Deprived of your view, enjoy a moment of total disconnection (phones and lights stay in the checkroom) and use your other senses to try and guess the 100% surprise* contents of your plate.

As always, the menu has been tested and approved by a team of sensory experts, in complete darkness. Discover the play of textures, surprising combinations and ingredients designed to surprise our gourmet customers.

AN ECO-RESPONSIBLE APPROACH

Dans le Noir ? is proud to be one of the founding partners of the Ferme de l'Envol , based in Brétigny-sur-Orge in the heart of Essonne ? The aim of this fine project is to meet consumer needs while respecting the environment, to bring up to date old-fashioned farming techniques, and to enhance the value of farmers by offering them more humane working conditions through a system of mutual aid and work-study schemes.

Most of our organic fruit and vegetables are grown on this permaculture-inspired agro-ecological farm , which also has a low carbon footprint (since it's only 40 km from Paris)!
