AN ECO-RESPONSIBLE APPROACH
Dans le Noir ? is proud to be one of the founding partners of the Ferme de l'Envol , based in Brétigny-sur-Orge in the heart of Essonne ? The aim of this fine project is to meet consumer needs while respecting the environment, to bring up to date old-fashioned farming techniques, and to enhance the value of farmers by offering them more humane working conditions through a system of mutual aid and work-study schemes.
Most of our organic fruit and vegetables are grown on this permaculture-inspired agro-ecological farm , which also has a low carbon footprint (since it's only 40 km from Paris)!
