Dans le Noir ? Paris reopens on June 15, 2020.

😷 We have taken the necessary measures to enable all our establishments to reopen with maximum safety for our customers and teams. Please do not hesitate to read carefully the note below concerningthe strict hygiene measures, the reinforced control procedures at all levels (production, preparation, reception, service) as well as the adaptations we have put in place to enable you to enjoy our experiences with maximum safety.


💌 Gift vouchers Dans le Noir ?:All gift vouchers purchased before the closing period (March 15, 2020) will have their validity automatically extended by three months. Gift vouchers purchased during the closure period and up to June 30, 2020 will be valid until December 31, 2021, to thank you for supporting us during this difficult period.

SAFETY AND HYGIENE MEASURES PUT IN PLACE BY DANS LE NOIR ? TO PROTECT ITS VISITORS AND TEAMS:

  • All our staff will be tested at the slightest symptom.
  • Our staff will offer to test your temperature on arrival at the restaurant using an electronic thermometer.
  • Entrance to the restaurant will be by table for each reservation (no entry with people you don't know).
  • Customer arrival times have been staggered to allow for social distancing between each customer on arrival and at check-out, and to avoid as far as possible too many people crossing paths in our light zones.
  • Separation of groups in the room (minimum distance 1 m) or separation by a movable physical partition.
  • At the time of booking, an option for removable separation between participants in the same group can be selected.
  • Disinfection of tables and chairs between each service.
  • Disinfection of contact points, handles, TPEs, changing rooms and washrooms several times during services.
  • Hydro-alcoholic gel dispensers are installed in several places throughout the establishment. Customers will be invited by signs or by staff to disinfect their hands on arrival at the establishment, before and after their meal.
  • All our staff are equipped with protective masks, changed every 4 hours. This applies as much to guides in the dark as to reception, bar and kitchen staff.
  • Our teams are instructed to wash their hands every 30 minutes.
  • Similar hygiene measures have been requested of our suppliers and delivery personnel.
  • Goods and ingredients are stored for at least 15 minutes in a room equipped with ultraviolet light.
  • Menus are adapted to cooking at over 80° (Covid is degraded to 64°) and uncooked ingredients are treated with ultraviolet light before service. As a reminder, 80% of our menus are organic, with a short supply chain since we produce most of our ingredients at the "Ferme de l'Envol" in Brétigny, where we are co-founders.
  • The restaurant will also be testing an air filtration machine in the darkroom, comparable to those used in clinics and hospitals, with single-pass filtration of at least 99.97% of particles with a diameter of 0.01µm or greater.

NB: Until further notice, and in agreement with the health authorities, access to the catering hall will not be possible for people with a fever or coughing symptoms . People with these symptoms will be asked to leave the establishment.

With all these measures, we believe we can provide maximum protection for our staff and visitors. We do, however, recommend that frail people postpone their visit for a few months to avoid risking their health.
